Overview
This application is to be used after the Citizen Reporting App (Cityworks).
When this app is run, FME runs a workspace to retrieve up-to-date information from Cityworks about the Service Request. The pothole that was reported with the previous app is displayed on a map with its status. A summary HTML report is also streamed back to the user.
How It Works
- Enter the Service Request ID you were sent in the email you received after using the Citizen Reporting App.
- Click OK to receive a status update.
