This application is to be used after the Citizen Reporting App (Cityworks).

After a report is submitted through the Citizen Reporting App, the municipality will verify the Service Request and create a Work Order to repair the pothole. In the location where the pothole was reported, road repair work orders are assigned and sent to a contractor. 

Once a contractor has completed the work order request, they can use this app to let the municipality know that the job is done and submit billing information.

How It Works

  1. Enter the Work Order ID you were sent in the email you received after using the Citizen Reporting App and fill out the fields of the “Contractor Work Order Submission” FME Server App.
  2. Click OK to submit your Work Order information to the municipality.
