The Offer: Hear Back from Us
What makes your application stand out is a tailored resume and cover letter, along with any portfolio pieces showcasing your relevant skills and why you want to be a part of our team. Be sure to carefully review the job description to see what skills and experiences we are looking for so you can highlight those in your application!
If you are shortlisted for an interview, our Recruiter or Hiring Manager will speak with you for 30-40 minutes and provide you with more context about the co-op opportunity. This interview is your chance to show what you can bring to the table and our chance to get to know you better!
Following your interview, you should hear back from Safe and your Co-op Office within a week with our decision. If you weren’t selected this time around, don’t fret! We hire year-round each semester so, as you build your knowledge base and skill set, there will be plenty of opportunities in the future for you to apply to Safe again.
